What are the PHP configuration limitations?
All versions PHP share the same default settings. You can view the full list of settings by viewing the output of phpinfo() on any page of your site.
In general, these are the basic settings you should know:
memory_limit = 128MB per request max_execution_time, max_input_time = 120 seconds upload_max_filesize, post_max_size = 256MB allow_url_fopen = On, allow_url_include = Off display_errors = Off, log_errors = On .htaccess = Yes mod_rewrite = Yes
If your application is having any trouble executing or is causing type 500 errors, it is important that you first consider these limitations as part of your troubleshooting procedure.
You must enable error logging on your account in order to view any PHP startup or execution errors.
