What ports are available for sending and receiving email?

You can use the following ports for email:

Inbound:

POP3: 110
POP3 (SSL): 995
IMAP: 143
IMAP (SSL): 993

Outbound:

SMTP: 25
SMTP: 587 (This is useful of your ISP filters the outbound port 25)
SMTP (SSL): 465

If you are configuring your email client to use SSL, please be sure to replace your inbound and outbound servers with "mail01.edikon.net". This will ensure that you do not get an invalid SSL certificate error notice.
